Designed to serve as the heart of Beaulieu, Beaulieu Square is a vibrant new Neighbourhood Centre providing a variety of amenities conveniently located for the benefit of the Beaulieu and Springfield residents.

New Sainsbury's Local, shops and health services

The new Sainsbury’s Local is open at Beaulieu Square from 7am until 11pm seven days a week, providing residents with a comprehensive range of groceries and fresh food including an in-store bakery.

Alongside Sainsbury’s is Costa, Churchill’s Fish and Chip shop, Domino’s Pizza, Beaulieu Dental and the Spring Lodge Veterinary Surgery. All providing essential amenities on a very local basis, adding to the convenient nature of this unique development.

New Day Nursery and Education Centre

Beaulieu Square hosts a new Bright Horizon’s Day Nursery offering a very high standard of care for children aged between 3 months to 5 years old.


To compliment the educational facilities on offer at Beaulieu is the Kip McGrath Education Centre situated next door to the Nursery and Beaulieu Park all-through School.


Kip McGrath Education Centres is a global education franchise network, offering Maths and English tuition to those looking to improve on their skills, from basic aptitude, preparation for 11+ entry exams, through to GCSE level.

Beaulieu Community Centre

The Beaulieu Community Centre opened in October 2018 and is hugely popular with members of the community offering a wide variety of clubs and activities. It is run by the Beaulieu Community Trust a partnership between Springfield Parish Council, Beaulieu Church and local residents.


The Centre has four halls/rooms for hire and a sizeable catering kitchen suitable for family parties, conferences, exercise classes, indoor fairs etc. The Centre is fully accessible for wheelchair users and includes a Changing Places certified toilet with a hoist and wet room.

New Health Centre

A new Health Centre is being provided at Beaulieu Square alongside the Beaulieu Community Centre. It will house GP-led services alongside allied healthcare professionals including first-contact physiotherapists, pharmacists and advanced clinical practitioners.


The building will be BREEAM excellent and is designed to be Net Zero in operation with solar panels and smart management systems. It is hoped the health centre will be open in early 2024.
