Beaulieu, the award-winning joint venture scheme by Countryside and L&Q in Chelmsford, Essex, is featured in the report, highlighted as a standout development in the area. Beaulieu is recognised for its innovative, community-driven design and sustainable living options, as well as its vibrant neighbourhood hub, diverse travel choices, and ample green spaces.
Once complete, Beaulieu will offer 3,600 high-quality homes and thoughtfully designed green spaces, alongside health, sports, and retail facilities, as well as Essex’s first all-through primary and secondary school, a day nursery, and an education centre. Looking ahead, the new Beaulieu train station is nearing completion and is expected to be operational in 2025.
