BEAULIEU WINS RECOGNITION AT PRESTIGIOUS EVENING STANDARD NEW HOMES AWARDS 2020


We are proud to announce that Beaulieu was crowned the winner of the Best Shared Ownership Development at the prestigious Evening Standard New Homes Awards 2020.


Entering its 29th year of acknowledging the very best achievements from Britain’s housebuilders, these highly coveted awards recognise innovation and excellence, and we’re delighted to be amongst the winners. Judged by a panel of industry experts, the awards look for developments that display excellence in overall design, including aesthetics, suitability for purpose and sustainability.


Beaulieu was crowned the winner of the Best Shared Ownership Development. This category not only recognises outstanding projects that make a real impact on the delivery of quality homes but also developments that provide young professionals and families an opportunity to put down roots.
