Today, Beaulieu Estate Management, part of the Land Trust, and Countryside and L&Q, the developers of Beaulieu, are celebrating after retaining the Green Flag Award for residential development, Beaulieu in Chelmsford, Essex for the second year running.
The news that Beaulieu has retained the accreditation - the international quality mark for parks and green spaces - is testament to the hard work and dedication of the team that care for the green space so that everyone can enjoy it.
Nationally the scheme is celebrating as 2,216 parks – the largest number since the scheme began 27 years ago – are proudly preparing to raise their flags.

The Green Flag Award scheme, managed by environmental charity Keep Britain Tidy under licence from the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, recognises and rewards well-managed parks and green spaces, setting the benchmark standard for the management of green spaces across the United Kingdom and around the world.
