From education to
leisure facilities,
there's something
for everyone at
Beaulieu.
Beaulieu Square
The Beaulieu Square Neighbourhood Centre provides local shops and services for the residents of Beaulieu and the wider community. They include a new Sainsbury’s Local, Churchill’s Fish and Chip shop, Domino’s Pizza, Costa, Beaulieu Dental Surgery and the Spring Lodge Veterinary Surgery.
In addition to these facilities, Bright Horizons Day Nursery, KipMcGrath Education Centre, Coffee Squared and the Beaulieu Community Centre, are also located at Beaulieu Square. To complete the facilities on offer is a brand new Health Centre which the NHS hope to open in late 2024.
Beaulieu Park School
Essex’s first ‘all through’ school is now open. Operating as an ‘all through’ school enables children to benefit from a consistent education throughout their school life from primary right through until the end of their secondary education.
A further new net zero primary school building has been built at Beaulieu providing an extension to the existing Beaulieu Park School, doubling the number of primary school places available from September 2024.
Parks & Open Spaces
Landscape plays a huge part in the overall vision for Beaulieu with over 176 acres dedicated to the creation of parks, and opens spaces across the site, giving residents a wealth of choice when it comes to outdoor activities.
The parks, landscaped gardens and open spaces at Beaulieu connect the neighbourhoods and provide access to the wider landscape. From dog walking to community gardening, trim trails to equipped play areas, sports grounds, allotments, and meadows. These thoughtfully designed open spaces help to enhance the lives and well-being of our residents and the wider community whilst encouraging wildlife and biodiversity to flourish.
A commitment has been made to preserve and enhance the valuable parks and open spaces at Beaulieu. Once complete they are transferred to the Land Trust, an independent, national charity to manage and maintain indefinitely on behalf of and in partnership with the Beaulieu residents.
Future Commercial Facilities
With direct access to the A12 and A130 (leading then to the M25 and M11) and a new train station on the way, Beaulieu is perfectly placed to meet the needs of contemporary enterprise.
The remaining commercial space at Beaulieu is divided between two distinct zones: Beaulieu Central and Beaulieu Exchange. Together they will offer 62,000m2 of commercial space including a hotel and 40,000m2 business park.
With unrivalled access to road, bus and rail networks, the size, scale, and quality of this commercial centre adjacent to the new Beaulieu Railway Station and bus interchange, will create a strategic employment offer of regional importance.
